Follow Through Consulting CEO Buck Doyle has extensive experience providing observation, evaluation, and current, relevant analysis of private and government defense/security related programs, products, and organizations world-wide. Buck's results-driven approach to partnering with clients is focused on identifying clear mission objectives, capitalizing on client strengths, examining current trends and resources, and communicating clear, practical solutions that can be implemented in both the immediate and long term. Buck's first-hand knowledge of military/LE/outdoor/fitness clients and equipment give him a unique perspective and expertise as a consultant on new-product concept, design, testing & marketing projects targeting specific audiences.
Having battled enemies and obstacles both on the war front and the home front, Buck Doyle shares his experiences as a US Marine, a businessman, a husband, and as a father to demonstrate how adhering to certain core principles can lead individuals, companies, teams, and families to see failure and adversity as a catalyst to personal transformation and the development of rock-solid teams and relationships.

Buck Doyle served over 21 years in the US Marine Corps, including 17 years and multiple combat tours with Special Operations units. As a Reconnaissance Marine attached to 1st Force Recon, 1st Recon BN, and MARSOC units, Doyle served as Team Leader, Platoon Sergeant, and Chief Instructor at Special Missions Training Branch. He has current, extensive experience in hostile fire/combat zones in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Doyle retired from the Marine Corps a Master Sergeant with multiple awards, including the Bronze Star (with Valor).
In 2010, Buck founded Follow Through Consulting, LLC, and spent four years contracting with the Department of Defense as a member of the Joint Expeditionary Team (JET), advising and assisting combat units in Afghanistan. Follow Through expanded its training capabilities in 2014 to include law enforcement and qualified civilians in addition to military units and began consulting with corporate clients in the areas of leadership, team building, and product design/development & testing. More recently, Follow Through has added technical advising and training to cinema/television clients to its capabilities, with Buck providing intensive weapons training to lead cast members of USA Network's "Shooter," as well as serving as a technical advisor on the set of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's summer blockbuster, Skyscraper.
Buck has been featured on the cover of RECOIL Magazine (twice), and has been both the subject and author of numerous articles in publications such as RECOIL, Combat Tactics, Shooting Illustrated, Concealment, Skillset, Ballistic, SWAT, Black Guns, and World of Firepower Magazines. Additionally, Buck is one of nine U.S. service members featured in Mark Lee Greenblatt's book, Valor: Unsung Heroes of Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Home Front, and was the subject of an episode the Outdoor Channel’s “Fight to Survive.” Buck currently lives, hikes, and enjoys time with his wife and two daughters in the beautiful Cache Valley area of Utah.
